Ingredients
- 1 eggplant, sliced
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions
- Warm up the grill.
