Hi there! I’m so excited that you’re here! My name is Marina Rizhkov and I’m the founder and owner of allweeat.com. Welcome to my little corner of the internet. This is a place where you’ll find original, delicious, diet-friendly recipes & a few sweet family favorite treats.

As a bonus, l also share informative posts about food, nutrition, and health.

A little about my family

My parents came to the US from the USSR, giving up their birth home passports, when I was 6 years old. They brought 4 young girls and a rug (and a few more) personal belongings. With just a few English words, they worked hard and now happily retired in the tropics. ☀️

I met my husband back in 2005. We talked on the phone daily and saw each other three times before we got married. We are blessed with three boys and a baby girl and now live in Naples, Florida.

How allweeat.com started……

Before blogging, I went to school as a paralegal and ended up working for a lawyer, but God turned my life around and I moved to Canada and got married, and shortly after got pregnant and ended up cooking all the time for the family.

In 2013, my blogging journey started with a hobby food blog and later on a salad blog. Over time, I decided that I wanted to know more about nutrition so I completed my studies as a Certified Nutrition Expert from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. Additionally, I completed my Plant-Based Certificate from a different school.

I decided to start a new site with a new brand, name, and vision and that’s how AllWeEat.com was born. When I had my third baby. My goal is to share all the knowledge I’ve learned from pursuing formal culinary training and cooking family recipes so l can provide you with easy and quick homemade (mostly healthy) recipes.

How it’s going…….

Over the years, I’ve tried, tested, and perfected the recipes with my family and friends and now on this site you’ll find:

  • Authentic recipes designed by a Culinary Nutrition Expert with real ingredients for real people resulting in simple, delicious, and healing recipes.
  • Recipes that make your life better so that you spend less time in the kitchen and more time with the people you love doing the things you’re passionate about.
  • Inspired by my sugar-free year (2019), you’ll find many natural sugar recipes here, such as fruits, vegetables, honey, dates, and maple syrup.
  • Simple recipes that look and taste good too!
  • Expert Tips, Recipe FAQs, tips on storing leftovers, and detailed step-by-step recipe instructions and photos to make you more confident and empowered in the kitchen.
  • Kid-friendly, diet-friendly, and perfect recipes for entertaining.
  • Recipes that don’t require extravagant ingredients.
  • My own family recipes are passed down from generation to generation.
  • A Youtube channel with Daniel (my son) as the face of the channel. He’s young, fun, fresh, and loves cooking my recipes.

I’m not confident in my cooking skills. Can this site help me?

Yes, it sure can! We offer Key Expert Tips, Recipe FAQs, tips on storing leftovers, and detailed step-by-step recipe instructions and photos to make you more confident and empowered in the kitchen.

Where should l look to find a recipe on your site?

In the very top right-hand corner of any page, click on the search icon and a bar will come out where you can search for any specific recipes, words, or categories.

What’s the easiest way to get all your recipes?

Just subscribe to my newsletter at the bottom of this page and my recipes will be sent right to your email. New recipes will be sent bi-weekly, along with ideas, cooking tips and so much more.

I tried making one of your recipes and it didn’t turn out very well. What can l do next time?

There could be a variety of reasons for this. I suggest you re-read the ingredients, quantities and step-by-step instructions, expert tips, and Recipe FAQs just to make sure you didn’t miss anything.

Another idea is not to substitute any ingredient especially if it’s your first time making the recipe. If all this doesn’t work, please feel to get in touch with me and l will do my best to help you out.

What else do you do, besides blogging?

In addition to being a wife, mom of 4, and blogging, l am passionate about helping those who are vulnerable and less fortunate in the community. I own a nonprofit organization called Friendly Heart Foundation where we provide financial assistance to widows and ill children.
