- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly chopped
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Wash mushrooms very gently and quickly and slice them. Slice the onion very thinly.
Into a pan add 3 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Add in your sliced mushrooms, and stir occasionally sauté the mushrooms.
Salt to taste (I add about 1/4 tsp.)
As soon as the mushrooms begin to brown, add in the chopped onion.
Stir and sauté for another 5 minutes.
