Mushrooms work in our body as an antioxidant and boost our immune system. This dish is perfect as a side dish to any meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly chopped
- salt
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Wash mushrooms very gently and quickly and slice them. Slice the onion very thinly.
- Into a pan add 3 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in your sliced mushrooms, and stir occasionally sauté the mushrooms.
- Salt to taste (I add about 1/4 tsp.)
- As soon as the mushrooms begin to brown, add in the chopped onion.
- Stir and sauté for another 5 minutes.
