- 1 medium sweet apple
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk, of choice
- ¼ cup yogurt, of choice
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½-1 large banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- 1-2 cups ice, depending on how cold and icy you want it
- 1 pinch salt
