Lemon: Just juice form a half of the lemon.
Water: Hot water.

Celery and Apple Salad
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 small apples
- ¼ cup almonds, toasted & sliced
- 4-5 dates
- 1 Tbsp tahini paste
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp hot water
- 1⅛ Tbsp honey
- Wash and trim the celery stalks. Slice into 1/8th to 1/4-inch half-moons crosswise.
- Core and slice the apples.
- Pit the dates and chop into small pieces.
- For the dressing mix combine all ingredients, adding 1 tbsp of hot water. The water will help to make the dressing smooth.
- Combine salad ingredients together in a bowl and combine with tahini dressing.
A combination of ingredients that I probably never would have tried but I am impressed. Great side salad or snack.
