Some which include:
- Heart-healthy fatty acids that can help with inflammation.

Avocados are not a medical food, and can’t fix all of your health concerns or issues. However, people know them as one of the healthiest fruits. Studies have shown that people who eat avocados daily are healthier. So, why not add this green creamy fruit to your healthy lifestyle?

Garlic will boost the flavors of this dip
Lemon juice: Freshly squeezed from a lemon.
Hot sauce to spice things up! You can add as much as you can handle or none if you prefer.
Salt and Pepper to taste

- Enjoy this avocado spread as a side dish or starter with pita chips or tortilla chips.
Recipe FAQs:
Absolutely! Customize your avocado toast with additional toppings. Use bagel seasoning, poached eggs, feta cheese, fresh herbs, or microgreens for extra flavor and nutrition.
Opt for bread with a hearty texture, such as whole grain or artisanal bread, to complement the creamy avocado spread. Sourdough bread adds a delicious flavor.
The best way to ensure freshness of this avocado spread would be to enjoy it right away. When exposed to air, avocado doesn’t last long before turning brown.
Season this avocado spread with salt, black pepper, fresh garlic, and hot sauce. You can add fresh cilantro leaves or green onion if you’d like some extra flavor. I enjoy lemon juice in my avocado appetizer for a gentle citrus flavor. Fresh lime juice can add a nice tangy touch.
Store bought avocado spread is filled with preservatives that keeps the avocado from turning brown right away. When you use fresh ingredients, the avocado will inevitably turn brown after being exposed to air. You can store this avocado appetizer dip in an airtight container with some lemon juice brushed over the top. This way, leftover dip can keep from turning brown for several hours or up to a day.
