  • 2 avocados, pit and skin removed
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ tsp hot sauce, more or less depending on taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  • Slice the avocado, take the pit out, and transfer to a food processor or blender.

  • Dice the red onion and add to the blender.

    avocado topping ingredients in a food processor.
  • Mince the garlic clove.
    1 clove garlic,
  • Squeeze the juice out from 1/2 of a lemon.

  • Add hot sauce. (More or less, depending on your preference.)

  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
