Simple Homemade and Gluten Free Tortilla Chips
- 1 package tortillas, wraps, gluten-free
- sea salt, to taste
- extra virgin olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Unpack the tortillas. On a cutting board, stack the tortillas and with a pizza slicer then cut the tortillas in 8 different triangle shapes.
- Take two long oven sheets and drizzle them with extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle sea salt on the baking sheet.
- Spread out the tortilla slices onto the two sheets.
- On top of the slices, drizzle extra virgin olive oil, squeeze the lemon wedges and sprinkle some sea salt. Brush the tortilla chips to spread out the olive oil. Bake for 8 minutes, then turn the baking sheets around and bake for another 8 minutes.
