FAQs

What fruit is best for overnight oats?

Pretty much any fruit! Bananas and berries are especially popular, but peaches, mangoes, apples, etc. are all great options too. You can even add frozen fruit because it’ll thaw overnight in the fridge.

What if I don’t want chunks in my oatmeal?

Easy solution! If you prefer your oatmeal on the smoother side, you can blend your fruit with water or milk (of your choice) and then mix it into your oats that way. You get the flavor without the texture!

How long do overnight oats last?

This peach overnight oats recipe makes 3 servings which means you can have breakfast prepped and waiting in the fridge for the next 3 days! If you want to prep it a little farther out, the oats can last around 5 days. Keep in mind that the oats will get mushier as time goes on though.
