  • cup vanilla yogurt, or dairy free yogurt alternative
  • 1-2 cups ice
  • 2 cups milk, or milk alternative
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp honey, or more if you like it sweeter
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
