Ingredients for this Quick and Easy Fruit Salad
For this salad, I recommend that you use fresh fruit, not frozen.
Grapes contains vitamin C and vitamin K and may even benefit your eyes. You may use red or green grapes in this fruit salad recipe. When choosing grapes, pick the firm and plump ones, the ones intact to the stem.
Strawberries are perfect in this recipe! Nothing says warm weather like a red, fresh, and juicy strawberry. Another excellent source of vitamin C.
Blueberries help maintain healthy bones. This small, round, and vitamin-packed berry is great for digestion, weight loss, and snacking.
Tangerines are a popular and sweet citrus fruit is a good source of iron, fiber, and vitamin C to keep your immune system healthy. It may not be easy to find during the summer, so you can easily opt for an orange.
Kiwi helps to prevent blood clots and vision loss! Select the fairly soft ones when pressed gently, those kinds are sweeter.
Feel free to substitute for seasonal fruit.
