Refreshing Peach Lemonade Summer Drink

Warm summer days call for chilly fruity drinks. It’s just a classic staple that’s necessary. You can’t go all summer without drinking a nice, refreshing, and homemade lemonade.

This recipe is made perfect with peaches. Have you heard of my love for peaches? I buy in bulk and in the summer, there’s not a day when they’re not in my kitchen. I love making various desserts like this upside-down peach cake and easy peach mousse.

Along with being hydrating, sweet, and absolutely delicious, peaches also provide benefits. They are rich in vitamin C and beta carotene (eye support), as well as vitamin E for skin health and support.

How to make a refreshing peach lemonade summer drink:

Step 1: Purée peaches

Purée peaches with ⅓ cup of water until smooth.

Step 2: Strain the purée

Place purée in a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl, and stir and press the mixture through.

Step 3: Add citrus juices and honey

Add lemon and orange juice, along with honey to the puree.

Place mint and lemon wedges into a pitcher, and mash a few times with a muddler.
