A daily smoothie with health benefits from various fruits and veggies is all that’s needed for this basic green smoothie!

For this delicious smoothie, you’ll need three green ingredients:

You’ll start with one granny smith apple. Tart, juicy, beautifully green. Core and slice. Leave the skin on – that’s where all the nutrients in this fresh fruit are at!

Add in a stick of celery. Wash it, and cut into smaller chunks.

Chop two cucumbers and add them to your blender. Again, leave the skin on. Because of the benefits, of course!

Add water (or ice) and blend!

  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • 2 cucumbers, edges off
  • 1 granny smith apple, sliced, seeds removed
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Slice 1 green apple and remove the seeds.

  • Wash 1 celery stick and cut it into smaller pieces.

  • Cut the edges off cucumber(s).
