  • 1 Vitamix blender


  • 1 medium banana can be frozen if you like a more thick consistency 
  • 1/3 cup dairy-free unsweetened coconut yogurt or another non-dairy unsweetened yogurt can be plant-based, I used coconut milk yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon just the juice
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews soaked in hot water for 15 min
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


  • Put the ingredients in a high-power blender and blend until smooth.
