How to make a refreshing peach lemonade summer drink:
Step 1: Puree peaches with ⅓ cup of water until smooth.
Step 2: Place purée in a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl, and stir and press the mixture through.
Step 3: Add lemon and orange juice, along with honey to the puree.
Step 4: Place mint and lemon wedges into a pitcher, and mash a few times with a muddler.
Step 5: Add peach puree and water, stir to combine.
Step 6: Serve with ice and decorate with a peach wedge and some mint.
