Directions for Quick Cabbage Side Salad with Corn
Steps
Finely chop 1 small head of cabbage, and put in a medium sized bowl.
Chop 2 green onions and add to the cabbage.
Also add 1/2 cup of defrosted green peas, 1 small can (drained) corn, and 2 chopped pickles.
Stir in 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise until all of the vegetables are coated well.
Add sald and pepper to taste and garnish with dill and parsley. Enjoy!
