How to Make a 3 Ingredient Energy Fruit Smoothie
- cutting board
- citrus squeezer
- 1 grapefruit, peeled & sliced
- 1 lemon, peeled & sliced
- 1 orange, peeled & sliced
- ¼ cups water
- Peel one orange and one grapefruit. Slice into smaller pieces.
- Cut lemon in half.
- Squeeze as much of the lemon as you can into the blender (keeping the seeds out).
- Put peeled and sliced orange and grapefruit into the blender and add ¼ cup of water.
- Blend for 1 minute or until well blended.
