You can have restaurant taste, all in the comfort of your own home.
Why this Soy Sauce Chicken Breast will Become a Family Favorite
It’s delicious. Like, let-me-lick-my-fingers-dry delicious.
It’s made with under 10 ingredients. And that’s counting salt and pepper.
You’ll have it on the table in less than an hour. Including the marinating process.
It is versatile. This goes well with so many dishes. Rice? Chow mein? Mashed potatoes? Yes, yes, and yes. Plus, it’s great all on its own.
This chicken is so tender and so juicy. Thanks for the marination. For 20-30 minutes, you’ll marinate the chicken breasts in soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, and salt & pepper. As the chicken sits, it soaks up and absorbs all the flavor; no bite is bland.
Once it’s marinated, I like to wrap the chicken breasts in separate parchment papers. This ensures tenderness. The juices remain within the chicken. There’s nothing dry about this recipe.
After it bakes in the oven for 30 minutes, slice it up and drizzle additional soy sauce for extra oomph. Serve with your favorite side dish! You can’t go wrong.
