How to make Easy Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wraps
Steps
In a pot, boil the chicken breast. This will take 10 minutes since chicken breast cooks fast.
Chop cooked chicken breast into small pieces. Equally divide chopped chicken into the two tortillas.
Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup of grated cheese.
Peel and slice 1 avocado in half, slice each half and scoop it out with a spoon.
Equally divide between the two tortillas.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper two each tortilla and wrap it up by first pulling in the sides.
With the sides folded in, roll up the wrap.
Heat up the grill or a panini maker. Place the tortillas in and let the outside of wrap get golden brown grill lines.
Enjoy! This goes great dipped in some ranch. Yum!

- 1 chicken breast, boneless & skinless
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
