Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wraps. Um, yes, please!

They make for perfect lunches. Whether that’s at work, at home, at school, or on the go. These wraps are a no-mess solution to your lunch problems.

You NEED these wraps in your life. Here’s why:

4 ingredients. That’s all you need to make these wraps. Four!

They’re embarrassingly easy to make. Seriously. People will probably think you spent a lot of time and effort on these in the kitchen. But really, these wraps come together in less than 20 minutes.

You can make these in advance. Make a few the night before and pack them for the next day’s lunches. They’ll taste just as good.

They’re travel-friendly. You don’t have to worry about any spills or messes.

Enjoy them hot or cold. You could eat them fresh off of your panini maker. Or heat them up whenever you’re ready to eat. Or skip the microwave and chow down.

How to make Easy Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wraps

Steps

In a pot, boil the chicken breast. This will take 10 minutes since chicken breast cooks fast.

Chop cooked chicken breast into small pieces. Equally divide chopped chicken into the two tortillas.

Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup of grated cheese.

Peel and slice 1 avocado in half, slice each half and scoop it out with a spoon.

Equally divide between the two tortillas.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper two each tortilla and wrap it up by first pulling in the sides.

With the sides folded in, roll up the wrap.

Heat up the grill or a panini maker. Place the tortillas in and let the outside of wrap get golden brown grill lines.
