How to make 30 Minute Chicken and Avocado Wraps:

Step 1: Cook the chicken

In a pot, boil the chicken breast. This will take 10 minutes since the chicken breast cooks fast.

Step 2: Chop and separate

Chop cooked chicken breast into small bite pieces. Equally, divide the chopped chicken into two flour tortillas.

Step 3: Add cheese

Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup of grated cheese.

Step 4: Add avocado

Peel and slice the avocado in half, slice each half and scoop it out with a spoon. Equally divide between the two tortillas.

Step 5: Season and roll

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to each tortilla and wrap it up. First, pull in the sides towards the center. With the sides folded in, roll up the wrap.
