What’s special about avocado?

Avocados are rich in fiber and vitamin C, supporting your digestive system.

Where are avocados most common?

Avocados are very common in countries that have warmer climates year-round. Mexico is the world’s leading avocado producer.

What is the most popular chicken cut?

Chicken breast is the most popular chicken cut. It’s easy to prepare and sometimes even comes pre-cut. It’s great for many easy dinner recipes.

What are the different types of tortilla?

There are several different types of tortillas. There are corn tortillas, flour or whole wheat tortillas, half and half tortillas, blue corn tortillas, and even beetroot tortillas. You don’t need to go crazy with the type of tortilla you use in this recipe. I prefer flour.

How do I store the leftover wraps?

Leftovers can be tricky to deal with, especially if you have fresh avocados in them. I recommend removing the avocado from the leftover tortillas. When you’re ready to enjoy the leftovers, you can heat them up in a matter of minutes and slice up a fresh avocado to put inside. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh avocados with the leftover chicken, cheese, and tortilla wrap.
