  • Large bowl
  • Stand mixer
  • tart pan
  • measuring spoons


  • 1 lb farmer's cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp cream of wheat
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla


  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl using a mixer and beating on medium-low speed until all ingredients are well blended.
  • Pour the mixture into a tart pan or any oven-safe cake form.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is slightly browned. Let cool for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with sour cream, jam, or honey!
