Refreshing, tasty, and perfect, in my book. Of course, I’m talking about this Citrus Green Smoothie! Your cup will be filled with mango, spinach, pineapple, and avocado, then touched with orange juice, cucumber, and mint. That combination of heavenly produce is topped with hemp seeds and combined with water, making this smoothie one that will be made again and again for breakfast.

The pineapple and mango in this tasty drink are frozen, which means that you can make it in the winter, too! There’s no reason for you to pass up on the benefits that these fruits and veggies have to offer.

As you may know, I am a big fan of smoothies for breakfast. Why not combine lots of great produce, very beneficial ingredients, and have them all together for breakfast? Smoothies provide bonus points, too, since they taste like paradise. Here are some of my favorite smoothie recipes, all varying in flavors and ingredients:

What do I need to make this smoothie?

Pineapple helps to strengthen the bones and is high in vitamin C, supporting the immune system.

Mango helps to form collagen and is rich in vitamin K, helping your blood to clot.

Hemp seeds are filled with fatty acids, protein, and fiber.

Orange juice helps to protect your cells from damage and fights free radicals. In this smoothie, I would suggest that you make your own orange juice from 2 oranges.

Avocado is rich in oleic acid, which can help reduce inflammation and can reduce the risks of heart disease.

Cucumber fills you with vitamins A and K, as well as fiber.

Mint supports digestion and can improve brain health.

Spinach is a rich ingredient, giving your body potassium, lowering blood pressure, and supporting eye health.

Along with these ingredients, you will need water to blend this smoothie together.
