Farmers Cheese Casserole is the perfect breakfast dish paired with some unsweetened tea and topped with jam!

A breakfast casserole? That’s right! Breakfast is naturally the most important meal of the day. That’s why I have so many options for breakfast foods! Whether it’s eggs, a combo with fruits, or salads, the creativity never ends. That’s why I have this casserole recipe, too!

This simple dish eats like pie. It’s creamy, tasty, and comes together with very simple on-hand ingredients. There’s no need to buy special ingredients just for one meal when this recipe has all of them already at home!

While I topped my farmer’s cheese casserole with blueberry jam, you can do absolutely any kind. Whatever flavor of jam is your favorite, they all perfectly complement this sweet and creamy casserole.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this Farmer’s Cheese Casserole:

  • cream of wheat
  • sugar
  • sour cream
  • vanilla

Directions for this Cheese Casserole

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl using a mixer and beating on medium-low speed until all ingredients are well blended.

Pour the mixture into a tart pan or any oven-safe cake form.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is slightly browned. Let cool for 15 minutes.

Serve with sour cream, jam or honey!
