While I topped my farmer’s cheese casserole with blueberry jam, you can do absolutely any kind. Whatever flavor of jam is your favorite, they all perfectly complement this sweet and creamy casserole.

- eggs
- cream of wheat
- sugar
- sour cream
- vanilla
Directions for this Cheese Casserole
Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl using a mixer and beating on medium-low speed until all ingredients are well blended.
Pour the mixture into a tart pan or any oven-safe cake form.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is slightly browned. Let cool for 15 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, jam or honey!
