This is my favorite salad for when I don't want to make something complicated. It's also a wonderful source of Vitamin A!

Quick Carrot Salad with Dill

This is my favorite salad for when I don't want to make something complicated. It's also a wonderful source of Vitamin A!

Equipment

  • Vegetable peeler
  • grater
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • salad bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, grated
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 1 handful fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Peel 3 carrots, grate them on the thinnest blade size.
  • Chop 1/2 of red onion, thinly.
  • Chop a handful of fresh dill.
  • Mix with 1-2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise and salt to taste. So easy! Now you can enjoy this quick fresh salad!
