Cozy up with this Easy and Healthy Dairy-free Pumpkin Smoothie. You won’t regret it.

I am a firm believe that smoothies should be enjoyed all year long. It’s an excellent way to add nutritious veggies, fruit and protein into your everyday life. And when a smoothie tastes like pie, there is no excuse, but to blend up a quick drink.
One of the reasons I love this recipe is because it’s the perfect way to add in some pumpkin puree for without stuffing myself with pumpkin pie before Thanksgiving. It’s also a great way to use pumpkin puree after you made Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie Coconut Pudding or these vanilla glazed pumpkin muffins.

Not into almond milk? No worries, substitute it for any other milk you like and it will still taste so crazy good. I don’t follow a dairy-free diet, but when there is a choice for a dairy-free option I take it. I feel it’s better for health, and for skin.
Pumpkin puree: you can grab a can of pumpkin puree from the store.
Orange: Important to get some vitamin C during the chilly months, and it gives the pumpkin smoothie a sweet citrus taste.
Orange zest: Save it from the orange you use.
Almond milk: Go ahead and use regular milk or coconut milk if you prefer.
Honey: To add some natural sweetness.
Pumpkin spices: Also known as Pumpkin pie spices, which is a blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, and cloves.
If your smoothie is too thick, add more of the milk, it happens.
