You can enjoy smoothies year round, no matter the weather or season! When you have tasty recipes with simple spices, flavorful ingredients, and loads of benefits, there’s really no reason not to.

I love to put together smoothies with the flavors of desserts. Orange creamsicles and apple pie smoothies are some of my favorites.

Key Ingredients

Ingredients for a dairy free pumpkin pie smoothie orange, honey, pumpkin pie spices, pumpkin puree, and almond milk.

Pumpkin puree: you can grab a can of pumpkin puree from the store.

Orange: Important to get some vitamin C during the chilly months, and it gives the pumpkin smoothie a sweet citrus taste.

Orange zest: Save it from the orange you use.

Almond milk: Go ahead and use regular milk or coconut milk if you prefer.

Honey: To add some natural sweetness.

Pumpkin spices: Also known as Pumpkin pie spices, which is a blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, and cloves.

If your smoothie is too thick, add more of the milk to give it a smoother consistency.

This is a great healthy smoothie. Different from the usuals. But I do like adding a dollop of whipped cream on top and sprinkling it with cinnamon.
