Easy dinner rolls go for any main or side dish. Homemade bread is a staple at the dinner table! This sweet dinner rolls recipe is perfect for Thanksgiving, family dinners, or any night of the week. Baking bread isn’t a hard task to master!

Bread machine dinner rolls make the process so much easier. Instead of kneading the dough, using a mixing bowl, or any other difficult process, combine the ingredients in a bread machine. This simplifies the process for homemade dinner rolls!

Key Ingredients

dinner rolls ingredients- butter, milk, yeast, eggs, sugar, flour, salt, and water.

Dry ingredients

Dry Active Yeast: This easy recipe calls for just 2 tsp of active dry yeast. If you buy the little packets, 1 will be enough.

Sugar: Gives the rolls a hint of sweetness.

Flour: I usually use Canadian flour, which I get at Costco when visiting my in-laws. I have only tried this recipe with the all-purpose flour, Canadian flour, and baking flour. I haven’t tried others, so I can’t say if all kinds of flour would work. But make sure the flour you use is unbleached!

Salt: To bring out the flavors.

Wet Ingredients

Warm Water and Warm Milk: These serve as our liquids for the bread dough, and make sure it’s warm, not hot.

Eggs: You will need two eggs plus one more for brushing the tops of the buns to give them a golden color.

Melted Butter: Make sure it’s unsalted.
