Green Cabbage Salad
Green Cabbage Salad will not only boost your immune system but also has big potential on becoming one of your favorite salads.
I have been feeling under the weather lately, but getting better. I’ve been drinking a lot of homemade chicken broth and water. With my kids back at school, and after a week off, I can have some quiet time. This green cabbage salad has been in our family for a long time, I love that it is crunchy, sweet, and creamy.
INGREDIENTS IN A GREEN CABBAGE SALAD
Green cabbage: Is a great boost to the immune system. It has more vitamin C than an orange and is one of the best choices for anti-oxidants. Also, it helps the body retain water and move waste along efficiently, because of the high fiber packed in cabbage.
Cucumbers: I enjoy eating a lot of cucumbers because they are known to fight cellulite and flush toxins out of the body.
Peas: Peas are packed with vitamin K which explains the 51% daily value of vitamin K that this salad has.
