This smoothie is going to taste and look like a sunny day in a cup, and it’s also full of healthy immune-boosting ingredients. Naturally, it’s just what we all need during this cold and flu season! The fresh burst of orange flavor is the perfect treat.

There’s lots to say about orange creamsicles: they never really taste like an orange, are filled with fake colors and flavors, and have such a high sugar and carbohydrate content. I know these are all negatives, but there’s not really anything positive to say about orange creamsicles.

But for this smoothie, there’s lots of positives! Oranges help to protect your cells from damage while dates fight disease with antioxidants. You don’t need sugar for this smoothie and you can even make it dairy-free by using an alternative milk! Real nutrients and vitamins boost your health through this delicious smoothie.
