Saute onion and garlic then add chopped bell pepper and continue to saute. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Add cream cheese, breadcrumbs, seasonings and mix.

Wash mushrooms, arrange on a baking dish and stuff with the filling. Top with bread crumbs, cheese and Italian seasoning and bake.

Bake until tops are golden brown.
