Easy Grilled Sweet Ginger Pineapple Slices

  • 1 pineapple, peeled & sliced
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 1 inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Peel and slice pineapple.

  • Peel and grate ginger into a bowl. Mix with honey and water.

    Marinade ingredients in a white bowl with a spoon and bowls on the side.
  • Place sliced pineapples into the ginger and honey bowl. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

  • Turn on your grill; on medium temperature grill the pineapple, 5-7 minutes each side.

Notes

  • Use fresh pineapple.
  • Don't cut the slices too thin, the pineapple will fall apart on the grill.
  • You can use an outside grill, indoor grill or a iron cast skillet. (the taste may vary)
