Mix squash slices with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then flip over slices and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Broil for the last 3 minutes. Enjoy right away!

Keep an eye on the squash fries as they're broiling in the last step. Make sure they don't overcook, and turn out perfectly crispy.
