Ingredients

Instructions
Wash and chop broccoli florets. Chop 1 granny smith apple.

Peel and grate 1 carrot.

Mince 2 cloves of garlic.

Chop a small handful of fresh parsley.

Mix all ingredients with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
Add a pinch of salt (optional). Serve fresh!

Rinse and thoroughly dry broccoli before chopping. This cuts bitterness and keeps it fresh.
