Arugula Pear Hazelnut Salad with Easy Dressing

sliced into ¼" bite-sized pieces

hazelnuts,
chopped (raw or roasted & salted)

Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper, then set aside.

Add arugula leaves, pears, and hazelnuts to a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss well.

Notes
Make the dressing with just four ingredients: white wine vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste, and serve with more salad recipes!
