Ingredients

pineapple,
peeled & sliced

honey

ginger,
grated

Instructions
Peel and slice pineapple.
1 pineapple,
Peel and grate ginger into a bowl. Mix with honey and water.
4 Tbsp honey,
1 inch piece ginger,,
1 cup water
Place sliced pineapples into the ginger and honey bowl. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Turn on your grill; on medium temperature grill the pineapple, 5-7 minutes each side.
Notes
Use fresh pineapple.
Don't cut the slices too thin, the pineapple will fall apart on the grill.
You can use an outside grill, indoor grill or a iron cast skillet. (the taste may vary)
