- 1-2 cups ice
- 2 cups milk, or milk alternative
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp honey, or more if you like it sweeter
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 pinch salt
Add all ingredients to a blender.
