Apricot Smoothie with Strawberries

Any summer day is complete with a delicious and refreshing Apricot Smoothie with Strawberries. Sip on blended fruit, protein, and all-natural ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 5 medium apricots pit out
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Blend strawberries with half of the yogurt, milk, and honey.
    2 cups strawberries, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp honey, ½ cup almond milk

  • Divide the strawberry smoothie into two glasses filling up halfway, or slightly more.
  • Blend apricots with the remaining half of the ingredients.
    5 medium apricots, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp honey, ½ cup almond milk
    blended orange smoothie with apricots.
  • Pour carefully and slowly the apricot smoothie into the center of the strawberry smoothie.
  • Decorate with mint and a slice of apricot (optional).
