- ¾ cup orange juice, from two oranges
- ¾ cup water
- 1 medium avocado
- ½ cup cucumber, chopped
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- 2 cups spinach leaves, washed, stems removed
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick, add more water as needed.
