Easy Indian Butter Chicken Recipe
So much flavor cooked up in so little time. If you need a quick meal, this ones for you.

packet
butter chicken seasoning mix

lb
chicken breast
cubed

Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

onion,
finely chopped

tomato sauce
1 small can

half & half
or heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
To the skillet add cubed chicken and onion and stir fry for 6-8 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.

Add the butter chicken seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and half and half cream. Stir well.

7½ oz tomato sauce,
1 cup half & half
Continue cooking on medium low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes until the sauce is thickened.
Serve with cooked basmati rice.
Garnish each plate with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a lighter recipe, substitute cream with ¾ cup of milk.
