30 minute Chicken and Avocado Wrap Recipe

chicken breast
boneless & skinless

cheese
grated, any kind you like

avocado
sliced

pinch
salt

pinch
black pepper

flour tortillas
or any kind you prefer
Instructions
In a pot, boil the chicken breast. This will take 10 minutes since chicken breast cooks fast.

Chop cooked chicken breast into small bite pieces. Equally divide chopped chicken into the two flour tortillas.

Top each tortilla with ¼ cup of grated cheese.

Peel and slice the avocado in half, slice each half and scoop it out with a spoon. Equally divide between the two tortillas.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper two each tortilla and wrap it up by first pulling in the sides. With the sides folded in, roll up the wrap.

Heat up the grill or a panini maker. Place the tortillas in and let the outside of the wrap get golden brown grill lines.
This goes great dipped in some ranch. Yum!
Notes
If you don't have pre-cooked chicken, a rotisserie chicken from the store works wonders and adds extra flavor.
