30 minute Chicken and Avocado Wrap Recipe

They make for perfect lunches. Whether that’s at work, at home, at school, or on the go. These wraps are a no-mess solution to your lunch problems.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast boneless & skinless
  • ½ cup cheese grated, any kind you like
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 flour tortillas or any kind you prefer

Instructions

  • In a pot, boil the chicken breast. This will take 10 minutes since chicken breast cooks fast.

  • Chop cooked chicken breast into small bite pieces. Equally divide chopped chicken into the two flour tortillas.

  • Top each tortilla with ¼ cup of grated cheese.

  • Peel and slice the avocado in half, slice each half and scoop it out with a spoon. Equally divide between the two tortillas.

  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper two each tortilla and wrap it up by first pulling in the sides. With the sides folded in, roll up the wrap.

  • Heat up the grill or a panini maker. Place the tortillas in and let the outside of the wrap get golden brown grill lines.

  • This goes great dipped in some ranch. Yum!

Notes

If you don't have pre-cooked chicken, a rotisserie chicken from the store works wonders and adds extra flavor.
