Breakfast Cottage Cheese and Fruit  Bowl

- cottage cheese - blueberries - raspberries - strawberries - almonds - rolled oats - honey

A great way to start your morning, providing 18g of protein and satisfies and sustains you throughout your day.

Add cottage cheese to a bowl and add the fruit on the side.  Sprinkle with sliced almonds, and rolled oats and drizzle with raw honey.
