Add olive oil to a large skillet and cook shrimp until it's cooked through.

Remove shrimp and add sesame oil and veggies. Cook until soft then add garlic and ginger.

Add shrimp back into the skillet and homemade sauce. Cook until everything is heated through.

Serve over rice or noodles and with a sprinkle of sesame seeds!
