Low-Carb Easy Roasted Radishes

A great low calorie and low carb side dish. Takes only 10 minutes to prepare and then just stick it into the oven! 

P.S. roasted radishes taste a lot like potatoes!

Gather all the ingredients you'll need:

raw radishes unsalted butter sea salt ground black pepper dried thyme fresh garlic

Add trimmed and sliced radishes into a bowl and toss with melted butter,  and seasonings.

Spread in a single layer in baking dish and roast.

Roasted radishes pair very well with a protein dish such as soy sauce chicken, stuffed chicken breast, and cornish hens.

Substitute the butter with olive oil or avocado oil for a dairy-free version.
