Low-Carb Easy Roasted Radishes 


A great low calorie and low carb side dish. Takes only 10 minutes to prepare and then just stick it into the oven! 

P.S. roasted radishes taste a lot like potatoes!

Trim the ends of the radishes and cut in half. Place in a  bowl and tpss with melted butter,  thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. 

Spread in a single layer in baking dish and roast for 30-35 minutes.
