Creamy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Make this for Dinner:

Butter a baking dish and layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.

Top with cheese and then layer the rest of the sliced potatoes. Pour the heavy cream mixture over the potatoes.

Sprinkle with more cheese and thyme leaves and bake.

Potatoes should be tender and the tops golden brown. Heavy cream and starch from potatoes will result in the creamy sauce.
