How to Make Fancy Beef Stuffed Zucchini Boats

In a large pot of salted boiling water blanch the zucchini  until it’s almost tender.

Prepare the meat filling with beef or lamb.

Fill the hollowed zucchini and place it in a baking dish. Top with chopped tomatoes, raisins and bake. 

Broil for the last 5 mins and then cool and enjoy!
