Make the dough, split into 2 disks and then cover and refrigerate it while you prepare the filling.

Saute carrots until soft then add celery and cook for 5 more mins.

Add flour, chicken broth, heavy cream, chicken, frozen peas, corn, seasoning and parsley and combine.

Roll out a disk of dough and place it into a baking dish. Spoon in the filling.

Roll out the second disk of dough and cover the top. Pinch the edges and cut slits in several places.

Brush the top with a beaten egg and bake!
