This easy recipe for Moist Banana Bread is the perfect snack with tea or coffee. Soft, warm, and perfectly sweetened, I love to make this banana bread recipe over and over again!

Gather all the ingredients you'll need:

flour sugar baking powder salt baking soda eggs unsalted butter milk walnuts bananas

Mash the bananas with a fork. The easiest way to do this is on a flat plate.

Add in the dry ingredients and combine.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix with a hand mixer.

Mix in the chopped walnuts then spray a bread pan and add batter to the pan.  

Optional: top with chopped walnuts and chocolate and swirl it in before placing into the oven. 

Let it cool for a few minutes, cut it into slices and enjoy!

For even more moist and flavorful banana bread, you can add cinnamon to the batter! I love the comforting flavor it has.

If your bananas are not ripe enough, you can speed up the ripening process by placing them in a paper bag for a day or two.
