Russian Chebureki  with Meat Filling  From Scratch

Ingredients You'll Need

Combine the dough ingredients, cover with a plastic wrap and let it rest at room temp.

Combine the meat filling and then set it aside.

Divide the dough into 12-14 pieces. Roll each one out and fill 1/2  with the meat mixture.

Fold it over, use a fork to pinch the edges together. Poke a few fork holes into the chebureki and fry on a skillet until golden brown.

Cool off the chebureki on paper towels so that they soak up any excess oil and then serve!
