Combine the dough ingredients, cover with a plastic wrap and let it rest at room temp.

Combine the ground beef, minced onion, salt, pepper and cilantro.

Divide the dough into 12-14 same-sized pieces.

Roll out each piece into a thin circle then scoop 1-2 Tablespoons of beef mix onto one side of the rolled raw dough.

Fold it over to make a half-moon shape. Use a fork to pinch the edges together. Poke a few fork holes into the Chebureki to prevent it from popping open while cooking.

Heat oil in a skillet and then put two pockets in the pan. Fry for 1-2 mins until golden brown and then flip.
6)
Cool off the chebureki on paper towels so that they soak up any excess oil.
