Simple and Easy Guacamole

Guacamole is great to snack on, enjoy it as a spread, or with tortilla chips.

  • 1 avocado, peeled
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 mild jalapeno
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ¼ red onion, chopped
  • ½ Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado in half. Take out the pit and scoop avocado from the peel.

  • Blend the avocado, juice from half a lemon, and a jalapeño (you can use half if you don't like it too spicy). Blend until well combined. Transfer to a bowl.

  • Chop the tomato, red onion, and cilantro; stir in with avocado mixture.
