Ingredients

For the Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (almond milk)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • vanilla extract

For the Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp hazelnut btuter
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Mix well rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, honey and yogurt in a bowl until well combined.
    Ingredients in a bowl.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the fridge, stir well.
    Settled oats and chia seeds mixture.
  • Mix hazelnut butter, honey and cocoa powder, stir well.

  • Fill two glasses half-full with oatmeal.
    Overnight oats and chia mixture in two glasses.
  • Divide the chocolate hazelnut sauce between two glasses over the oatmeal layer.

  • Spread the remaining oatmeal on top of chocolate sauce layer
    Final chia seeds topping layer.
  • Garnish with hazelnuts, chocolate chips or berries.
